Shipping Policy

Element Labs (Pty) Ltd trading as AuraNova (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to delivering your order safely and on time. This policy explains how and when we ship.
Where we ship
We currently deliver to physical addresses across South Africa. We do not deliver to PO Boxes. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order processing
Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed. We aim to dispatch within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 on a business day are usually processed the same or next business day. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery times
We deliver via The Courier Guy (through Bob Go). Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Main centres: 2–3 business days
- Outlying and regional areas: 3–5 business days
These timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery may occasionally be affected by courier volumes, weather, or other events outside our control.
Shipping costs
A flat delivery fee of R65 applies per order. Orders over R600 qualify for free delivery. The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Incorrect or failed delivery
Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur an additional shipping fee.
